Members or guests, complimentary or for sale, online or in person; you set the parameters. Set permissions, track sales, place holds, add notes, manage waivers, and more. Working with every other module in the RecCenter, it all starts with Membership & Pass Management.
Be it simple swipe, turnstiles, or biometrics, we’ve got you covered when it comes to who gets in to your facility. No matter who they are, if they’re allowed to be in, they’ll get in, and if not, they won’t. Even if the internet is down.
All the basics are covered – recurring reservations, payment & invoicing, multiple-space reservations, calendar views, etc. – and we also allow for online user reservations of your spaces as well.
Using a schematic of your locker rooms, locker assignment/selection just got a whole lot easier. No more back-and-forth to find the perfect available locker space. Online locker rental and payment is also an option.
Memberships, locker rental, activity registration, facility reservations, and equipment rental; it’s all connected. Our POS module allow for a wide variety of payment options – cash, check, credit card, student accounts, payroll deduction, Paypal, etc. – and we work with either your merchant gateway (TouchNet, Nelnet, etc.) or your bank.
More than simply checking items in and out, the equipment module allows for rental fees, inventory history and tracking, student account charging, and item wear reporting.
Create employee schedules, approve shift exchanges, monitor staff certifications, delineate pay ranges, and produce payroll documentation with our all-in-one employee management module. Student staff can even automatically load their class schedule into their shift conflicts.
In addition to pulling financial and usage reports, our reports module allows you to submit your incident/accident reports, as well as your daily supervisor reports including headcounts in your various spaces. Like everything else, reports are built to your specs.
Our original product can now be part of the big picture. Online registration and scheduling functions are enhanced by collaboration with other modules. Officials and facilities scheduling can now be done automatically, and our POS system eliminates any accounting or transaction headaches.
